Payment Procedures and Policies
Email to us at [email protected] or give us a call if you want to book any of our tour. We will reserve your tour and you will be needed to send us a 50% advance payment within 15 days of making your booking. The remaining payment can be made before arrival or during the tour.
2. Payment Methods
Option 1 | Pay Through Bank Transfer
Bank wire transfers is the most convenient way to send us payments for both domestic and international guests. Kindly inform us by email or a phone call once the transfer has been made to our account shown below;

Option 2 | Pay Using Paypal
To make the experience of money transfer easy for foreign nationals, we provide the facility of direct and quick online payment through Paypal. Money should be sent to our Paypal account at [email protected]. However this method requires a Paypal fees of 4.4% which is charged to the amount sent.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Greener Pastures must receive notification of cancellation in writing, email or by phone call. At the time we receive your request, refund will be based on as follows:
Cancellation more than 15 days prior to departure = 75% Refund
Cancellation less than 15 days prior to departure = 25% refund
